Refunds & Return Policy

We make every effort to ensure that our customers receive quality products in perfect condition. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or replacement if:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals intact.
You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
👉 Note: Products damaged due to mishandling, water, or physical damage will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
Opened or used mobile phones, laptops, or accessories.
Items that have been tampered with or altered after delivery.
Items sold during special discounts or clearance sales.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

2. Share your Order ID, Product Name, and Reason for Return.
3. Our support team will guide you through the verification and pickup process.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the product through our partner courier.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only when:
The returned item passes quality inspection.
The return reason complies with our return criteria.
Refund timeline:
💳 Debit/Credit Card: 7–10 working days
💸 Easypaisa / JazzCash: 3–5 working days
🏦 Bank Transfer: 5–7 working days
Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement Option
If the same item is available in stock, you can choose a replacement instead of a refund.
We will dispatch the replacement once the returned product is verified.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipping only.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled — but it can still be returned under the above policy.
